Every Sunday after Mass, the St. Peter & St. Paul (SPP) Banting Breakfast Sale brings parishioners together over good food and warm fellowship. More than just a fundraising activity, it is a tradition that strengthens the bond within our parish community.The youths, the children, the adults and the elderly come together to eat and laugh as one big family in the name of God.
To encourage active participation, Each BEC is assigned to organise the breakfast sale each week. From preparing meals and serving food to welcoming parishioners and cleaning up afterwards, every BEC works together to make the event a success. This shared responsibility promotes teamwork, strengthens community spirit, and allows members to serve the parish in a meaningful way.
The funds raised help support the parish’s ministries, maintenance, and various pastoral and charitable activities. At the same time, the breakfast sale creates an opportunity for families, friends, and visitors to spend time together after Mass, getting to know one another while enjoying a simple meal.
Through the dedication of one BEC each week, the SPP Banting Breakfast Sale continues to reflect the values of service, generosity, and unity, reminding us that even small acts of contribution can make a lasting impact on our parish community.
